Founded by Mr. N. K. Gupta in 1991, Asian Rubber & Grill began with a vision to deliver high-quality rubber solutions to Indian industries. Over the years, the company established itself as a trusted manufacturer of microwave-cured EPDM rubber profiles and sealing solutions, serving automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and industrial customers across India.

In 2014, Mr. Mahatve Gupta, representing the second generation of leadership, took charge of the company's operations and strategic growth initiatives. Under his leadership, the company strengthened its focus on OEM requirements, invested in modern manufacturing and testing capabilities, and expanded its expertise in developing custom-engineered rubber profiles for demanding applications.

Continuing this growth journey, the company commissioned a new world-class manufacturing facility at IMT, Faridabad in 2025. Today, with over 35 years of manufacturing excellence, Asian Rubber & Grill continues to deliver reliable, high-performance EPDM rubber solutions while driving innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction across all its product segments.
